Requirements
Must:
- Must be eligible for SC clearance (have lived in the UK for the past 5 years) and willingness to undergo NPPV3 clearance.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Admin Associate (MD-102), Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Administrator Expert (MS-102).
- Strong experience with Intune, Defender, Endpoint Analytics, and automation.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and Windows image management.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude when navigating challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Self-motivated with the ability to support and inspire others.
Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of engineers, oversee work allocation, and ensure SLA/KPI targets are met.
- Serve as a senior escalation point, approve high-risk changes, and contribute to technical projects and onboarding processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement automation.
- Provide input into our Intune and EUC roadmaps, and engage with customers on infrastructure best practices.
