Requirements
Must:
- Recent college or university graduate in a related field
- Experience in Office 365
- Experience in the installation and setup of Windows OSs & applications (minimum 1 year)
- General understanding of basic networking including DNS & DHCP (minimum 1 year)
- Excellent knowledge of current desktop operating systems (Microsoft) (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication skills in fluent English
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks with a customer-focused approach
- Reliable and willing to meet customer demands
- Confident with a professional telephone manner
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line support to clients via email, phone, or remote access
- Triage incoming tickets and take appropriate actions through our ticket management system
- Perform 1st line troubleshooting with knowledge of internet, Wi-Fi, and mobile technologies
- Use, maintain, and contribute to our knowledge base for future problem-solving
- Manage site documentation to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information
