Requirements
Must:
- Good knowledge of Windows 11
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
- Understanding of iOS & Android
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a logical and methodical approach
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with users of varying IT knowledge
- Excellent telephone manner and active listening skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
Responsibilities
- Setting up user logins for in-house systems and creating ID cards for new staff
- Closing access for staff who are leaving
- Ensuring the internal company directory is kept up to date
- Troubleshooting and resolving 1st Line IT issues
- Logging and managing IT support tickets to completion or escalating to 2nd line support
- Administering internal systems to assist in the smooth running of the department day-to-day
