Requirements

Must:
- MSP experience or a customer-centric environment providing support. - Microsoft 365 Admin Center proficiency. - Sound understanding of VPN setup and troubleshooting. - Experience with Exchange Admin Center. - Familiarity with SharePoint Admin Center. - Security Manager Admin Center knowledge. - Experience with Microsoft Purview. - Azure Active Directory and Endpoint experience. - Sound understanding of IPv4 networking. - Strong communication skills with clients via telephone, video, face-to-face, and email. - Windows 11 OS installation and support. - Microsoft 365 migration and implementation experience. - Helpdesk support experience (we are a VAR for SMBs). - 5+ years of experience in a technical helpdesk environment. - Desirable Skills: - Windows Server OS installation and support. - Active Directory Systems Administration. - Remote monitoring and management experience. - AWS experience. - Familiarity with Unifi WIFI hardware. - Knowledge of managed switches. - Understanding of GDPR and ISO 27001. - SC-200 Exam completion. - MD-102 certification.

Responsibilities

- Provide telephone support and be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues. - Troubleshoot and support hardware, software, and network problems, escalating complex issues as necessary. - Provide onsite support by installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems. - Set up new user accounts, install software, configure new equipment, and perform upgrades on existing systems. - Assist clients with a variety of technical issues, escalating complex cases when necessary. - Collaborate with Senior IT Engineers (L2/L3) to plan future upgrades and project delivery. - Update tickets and log time on NHD/Halo. - Undertake proactive tasks such as firmware upgrades, process development, project delivery, and recurring infrastructure checks.
