Requirements
Must:
- Experience in application support, systems support, or technical analyst roles. Professional services experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and clear communication.
- Methodical, organised, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Knowledge of integrations, testing/QA processes, reporting tools (Power BI/SSRS), or PowerShell (desirable).
- ITIL Foundation or similar certification (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for applications such as iManage, BigHand, Elite, and Microsoft 365.
- Assist with upgrades, enhancements, testing, and simple configuration tasks.
- Support integrations, data quality checks, and liaise with vendors to resolve issues.
- Deliver training, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Follow security standards and help maintain access controls and permissions.
Description
We are seeking a proactive Application Support Specialist to join our IT team in Spalding, Alconbury, Birmingham, or Nottingham. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and improving our core legal and business applications, collaborating closely with lawyers, partners, and business support teams. We offer hybrid working arrangements with occasional out-of-hours work for upgrades or critical maintenance, and travel to other offices may be required.
