Requirements
Must:
- At least 6 months experience in an IT support role
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Service-driven and responsive to users
- Reliable and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Passionate about technology and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line IT support for hardware and software issues including laptops, phones, and printers
- Monitor and respond to tickets in the IT helpdesk system, escalating when required
- Set up and configure new starter equipment, including laptops, mobiles, and required applications
- Maintain and update IT asset registers
- Provide remote support to colleagues across the UK and Ireland
- Assist with administration of the 3CX phone system
- Communicate clearly with users and keep them updated on ticket progress
- Identify recurring issues and help create guides and documentation for the company intranet
- Produce basic weekly reporting
- Participate in IT team meetings and support IT projects when required
