Solutions Architect

- A strong technical mindset to analyse, interpret, and communicate system requirements effectively with third-party technology providers. - Critical thinking skills and a working knowledge of information security principles to assess and challenge technical decisions made by internal team members and external vendors, ensuring system integrations and data handling meet security, compliance, and quality standards. - Experience in operationalising system integrations, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. - Ability to provide expert support to various departments in understanding and utilising systems and platforms, in partnership with the Technology Manager. - Strong communication skills to act as a liaison between technical teams and other departments, ensuring clear understanding of requirements. - Capability to identify process improvements and system enhancements. - Experience in providing regular updates to stakeholders on system-related activities, improvements, and challenges. - Familiarity with evaluating and implementing software and technology solutions to meet user and business needs, considering cost, scalability, and compatibility. - Knowledge of diverse platforms used in the workplace, such as Business Central, HiBob, Salesforce, Asana, Concept, Exclaimer, Cisco Meraki, Adobe, Conga, Miro, and Tableau — experience integrating these systems is highly advantageous. - An understanding of systems integration, data flows, and interoperability across business platforms. - Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent. - Knowledge of principles that uphold system security and Data Protection, as well as GDPR compliance. - Experience in managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with external Business Systems Providers. - Proven experience in troubleshooting system issues and coordinating problem resolution with suppliers or service providers. - Experience in administering a wide range of business systems, including Salesforce, HR, and Finance Systems. - Experience in managing contracts and relationships with suppliers. - Prior experience leading technology projects from inception to implementation.
