Requirements
Must:
- Experience delivering or integrating rostering or workforce management systems (such as OneAdvanced Care Rostering, RotaCloud, Totalmobile, WorkForce, TimeClock Plus) in a complex environment
- Integration assurance
- Multi-vendor management
- Solid understanding of APIs and large-scale data models
- NPPV2 and CTC clearance
- Exposure to similar public-sector technology programmes is highly desirable, though not essential
Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical delivery of rostering/workforce scheduling software and its integration with cloud ERP
- Manage supplier performance across the system integrator and solution provider, holding them accountable for meeting milestones, technical compliance, and quality standards
- Evaluate reporting, analytics, compliance, and security across both rostering software and ERP
- Identify and mitigate technical and integration risks
- Serve as the senior escalation point across this integration stream

This position is a long-term daily rate contract running until the end of 2027, requiring 3 days of onsite work from our offices in London.
