Requirements
Must:
- Senior level IT Management experience in a Social Housing organisation
- Proven track record of implementing new systems and managing large projects
- Experience in Digital & IT transformation programmes
- Strong background in Cyber Security
- Ability to manage technical infrastructure and information system platforms in a busy commercial environment
- Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and influencing opinions
- Knowledge in change management
- Passion for driving IT effectiveness to help organisations achieve business objectives
- Solution-focused approach with commercial and strategic understanding
- Up-to-date with the latest technology and its practical applications
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive ICT & Digital roadmap aligned with the organisations business strategy
- Take overall responsibility for ICT across the organisation
- Oversee Cyber Security initiatives
- Manage IT Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery processes
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure IT effectiveness
- Lead and support multi-disciplinary teams in achieving IT objectives
- Foster a positive change management environment within the organisation
Description
