Requirements
Must:
- Experience working within a fast-paced, transformational IT/digital environment at Head of IT/IT Director level
- Delivering/overseeing complex projects such as system architecture/cyber security projects
- Change management
- Developing and contributing to corporate strategies and plans
- Large IT budget creation and management
- Proven emerging technologies awareness and application to businesses
- Collaborative leadership approach
- Evidence of continuous professional development, programme/project management certifications or ITIL certification would be highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the whole of IT BAU & projects with a particular emphasis on providing hands-on leadership surrounding technical projects
- Contribute to the corporate plans for technology, digital, data, and systems
- Develop and implement the cyber security and business continuity strategy
- Plan and execute the future technology organizational structure
- Deepen the understanding of digitalization and connectivity opportunities for the business
