Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrable application support experience
- Experience in supporting a wide range of applications, including CRM
- Proven knowledge of M365
- Experience in systems analysis and systems upgrades
- Social housing systems experience is highly desirable
Responsibilities
As an Application Support Analyst, you will work to improve and support our organizations business applications. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Enhancing business systems
- Generating systems reports
- Conducting system upgrades and testing
- Providing 2nd line application support
- Delivering user training
- Liaising with third-party suppliers
