Must:
- Experience of working in Java (6+ years ideally)
- Experience in other languages such as Ada
- Knowledge of DDS middleware and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)
- Familiarity with standards such as DefStan 00-55, DO-178C, or IEC 61508
- Collaborative and open approach to development
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain momentum during development
- Experience across the entire software development process from requirements to automated target integration and proving
- Knowledge of new tools, techniques, and approaches to improve efficiency and sustainability

- Built robust applications in Java, with awareness of system-wide impact
- Worked across the full software lifecycle, from requirements to integration and testing

- Applied knowledge of Ada, DDS middleware, and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)
