Requirements

Must:
- At least 2 years admin experience (similar industry experience an advantage but not essential) - Very organised and good time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to manage and prioritise a busy and varied workload - Computer literacy and sound knowledge of Google Suite and Accounting Software - Ability to use your own initiative and be proactive - High level of accuracy and attention to detail required - Ability to work on own as well as part of a team

- Ensuring all calls are answered in a prompt and professional manner & transferred to the appropriate team member - Managing incoming/outgoing mail - Managing general e-mail inbox and ensuring e-mails are responded to in a timely manner - Processing wages and payroll - Assisting with finance tasks such as administrating free care payments, processing sundries through the resident accounts, supplier invoices and payments - Following administrative controls - Supporting the Care Home Manager with the recruitment process - Ordering stationery and general office supplies - Taking minutes for management meetings - Typing up letters and reports - Filing and archiving - Utilising company social media and responding to queries

We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team to help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the home.
