Requirements
Must:
- Experience in IT infrastructure support
- Strong knowledge of servers, operating systems, systems software, and networks (wired and wireless)
- Ability to design, develop, test, and implement infrastructure projects
- Understanding of change management processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex incidents
- Familiarity with applications software and storage devices
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Provide all services necessary for delivering infrastructure support of the colleges IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
- Support and automate solutions for complex incidents and problems
- Manage scheduling and delivery of applications and system software upgrades and patches
- Implement changes and upgrades designed by the IT Infrastructure Projects Team
- Design, develop, test, and implement minor infrastructure projects
- Contribute to major infrastructure projects as directed by the IT Infrastructure Team Leader
- Provide comprehensive support for all aspects of the infrastructure, including servers, systems, networks, and applications
