Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a technical qualification in a related field such as a Microsoft certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Windows and Android operating systems.
- Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms.
- Experience using PowerShell and scripting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including user accounts, licenses, and permissions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Implement and enforce security best practices for Microsoft 365.
- Provide prompt and efficient technical support to end-users via tickets, email, remote support, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across our offices.
- Assist users with Microsoft Office applications and other productivity tools.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and updates.
- Manage and update the IT asset log.
- Assist the IT onboarding of new staff.
- Contribute to the digital transformation strategy.
- Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for IT procedures and processes.
