Requirements
Must:
- Experience in designing and developing data processing modules with Big Query and Tableau
- Strong understanding of data pipeline architecture and management
- Proficiency in GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience working with data scientists and engineers
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance and actuaries
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of data quality, governance, and compliance standards
- Excellent documentation skills
- Familiarity with MLOps practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex data processing modules and reporting using Big Query and Tableau
- Collaborate with the Infrastructure/Platform Team to architect and operate the Data Analytics platform
- Work with business teams, data scientists, and engineers to develop and maintain data pipelines
- Engage with finance and actuaries to optimize usage of internal and external data sources
- Ensure robustness of design and engineering of data models and reporting
- Manage business-as-usual (BAU) ownership of data models and reporting integrations
- Create frameworks and systems for managing and governing data assets
- Produce detailed documentation for ongoing support and maintenance of data structures
- Collaborate with the Engineering community to enhance MLOps capabilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues to ensure reliability and accuracy
