Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess a passion for technology and a willingness to learn. Strong customer service skills and clear, confident communication abilities are essential. Good time management skills and the ability to meet targets are also important. A full UK driving license is required for this role. While previous technical experience is an advantage, we encourage applicants with relevant qualifications or those transitioning from customer-facing field roles to apply, as we will provide training and support. Previous experience in a technical role, ideally within the gaming, electronics, or IT sector, is preferable.

Responsibilities
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing betting and gaming terminals. You will ensure that new shop installations are completed to the highest standards and carry out preventive maintenance while responding to service calls. It will be your duty to coordinate and supervise the removal of equipment when required, maintain strong customer relationships by providing clear operating instructions and updates, and accurately log service visits, incidents, and customer feedback.
Description
We offer a salary of £27,250 plus a £1,300 shift allowance and benefits. The position covers the N, AL, MK, LU, HP, SG, EN, WD, and IG postcodes, as well as the broader Greater London area, with working hours of 40 per week on a rolling schedule of 5 days out of 7.
