Requirements
Must:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience of delivering end-to-end 1st & 2nd Line Support
- Confidence working alone and making decisions
- A strong understanding and awareness of cybersecurity
- The ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks at once
Responsibilities
- Taking full ownership of all 1st Line IT Support requests
- Setting up new users
- Resolving IT issues either remotely or onsite
- Providing 2nd Line IT Support
- Suggesting improvements to the IT Manager
- Preparing documentation on cybersecurity, GDPR, and other relevant frameworks
- Updating webpages as necessary
