Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have a passion for developing and maintaining relationships. You should have a strong understanding of software monitoring tools and possess good communication skills, both written and verbal. Being self-motivated and diligent with excellent problem-solving skills is essential. Experience within the Regulated Services industry is highly desirable.

In this role, I will be counting on you to provide technical support for our clients and colleagues across a wide variety of functions through multiple customer channels, including telephony, email, and live chat. You will manage the lifecycle of all incidents and tickets, ensuring they are resolved satisfactorily and within designated SLAs. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with colleagues and serve as a liaison to ensure necessary actions are taken and updates are provided. Moreover, you will be responsible for developing detailed technical and process documentation, building product knowledge to competently demonstrate our products and services, identifying process and procedure improvements, and monitoring systems performance while reporting potential capacity issues.
