Requirements
Must:
- Experience working in a hands-on engineering role within a Microsoft environment (C#, .NET, Azure)
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in SaaS onboarding or implementation roles
- Comfortable working with RESTful APIs
- Experience working in cloud-based environments
- Strong customer-facing skills and experience
Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact during the client implementation and onboarding process
- Own tasks such as SSO configuration, user provisioning, and data integration
- Partner closely with sales, product, and engineering teams
- Support both pre-sales conversations and post-sale implementations
- Deliver smooth technical onboarding experiences for enterprise customers
