Must:
We are looking for candidates who can multitask effectively, supporting several IT issues concurrently. You should have a background in Desktop or 2nd/3rd Line Support, equipped with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and remedy issues efficiently. Creativity in developing innovative solutions to complex challenges is essential. You'll need to demonstrate strong teamwork capabilities, collaborating with other IT professionals while being proactive and self-motivated. You will act as a point of escalation, ensuring that issues raised by customers and colleagues are resolved promptly, while also mentoring less experienced team members. Keeping abreast of new technologies is crucial, as is the ability to prioritize workloads and perform with limited supervision. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with solid client-facing abilities, will help you foster long-lasting business relationships. A commitment to continuous learning and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies are also important.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide dynamic and flexible support across all processes while confidently engaging with customers and the End User Services Manager to prioritize daily tasks. You will coach and empower your teammates, fostering an atmosphere of teamwork and innovation. Your responsibilities will include executing problem and change management effectively, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting process optimization for best practice and efficiency. Additionally, you'll be tasked with ensuring that the team performs to its fullest potential, recognizing and appreciating each member's contributions.
