Requirements
Must:
- Microsoft and VMware Certifications
- Agile Foundation & Practitioner Certifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive experience of producing technical documentation to a high standard
- Experience of working in security-cleared environments/working in Defence
- Excellent knowledge of virtualisation platforms such as VMware vSphere
- Excellent knowledge of VMware vSAN, NSX-T, and VCF
- Excellent knowledge of locking down environments
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Server environments, from design to implementation and support
- Good knowledge of Tanzu Kubernetes, vSphere administration, and networking concepts
- Good troubleshooting skills in VMware Cloud Foundation environments
- Good general knowledge of Microsoft stack technologies such as MS SQL
- Working knowledge of Linux system administration skills
- Experience in the installation and configuration of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 workstations

- Work across a range of diverse, complex, and secure systems
- Lead or support infrastructure and application changes in an Agile environment
- Deliver business value in a demanding and involved environment
- Support the development and sustainment of a government portfolio of systems and services
- Identify new and relevant technologies to solve problems and make improvements
- Produce high-standard technical documentation
- Coach and assist team members to grow their competencies
- Maintain and support servers, workstations, laptops, network, and peripheral devices
- Engage in occasional travel to other sites as required
