Requirements
Must:
- Deep understanding of M365 and related collaboration platforms.
- Knowledge of email security, phishing validation, and CSIRT processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems.
- Understanding of Proofpoint and other security technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused service delivery with a commitment to continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Clearance Requirements: BPSS Screening to start; SC for the role.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support enterprise-grade platforms that enable real-time interaction, email, messaging, and user productivity, focusing on scalability and resilience.
- Collaborate with team members across various areas of Infrastructure, providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
- Lead project-based initiatives by assisting in the design, implementation, and management of solutions that meet project requirements.
- Ensure systems comply with internal and external regulatory requirements, proactively identifying and addressing gaps.
- Manage identity and access control, ensuring appropriate user permissions and security best practices.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of collaboration tools to ensure high availability, proactively addressing potential issues.
- Resolve incidents and requests within SLA, support major incidents, and develop automation to streamline processes and drive efficiencies.
- Create, update, and maintain high-quality technical documentation and knowledge base articles for team use.
- Provide weekly activity reporting and operational metrics to management and stakeholders.
