My responsibilities will also include designing and maintaining continuity and recovery strategies, including crisis management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and emergency response procedures. I will coordinate and facilitate exercises and simulations, such as tabletop and live scenario testing, to validate our continuity plans. Monitoring compliance and readiness will be vital, ensuring that all plans meet internal audit standards and external regulatory requirements. Engaging with various internal stakeholders and external partners, including customers and regulatory bodies, will be part of my role to ensure continuity expectations are met.
