Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience shipping 5+ live AI or automation workflows still in production
- Strong knowledge of at least two low-code automation platforms and one CRM or contact-centre workflow engine
- 18+ months of daily, hands-on use of leading AI tools in a work context
- Proficient in reading API documentation and delivering integrations independently
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to calculate ROI and prioritize effectively
- Excellent stakeholder management, credible with both department heads and front-line staff
- Desirable experience in a contact centre, customer operations, or B2C services environment
- Background in RevOps, Business Systems, or Process Improvement
- Familiarity with UK GDPR and data-handling for AI
- Experience working with or managing an external implementation partner
Responsibilities
- Set the AI & Automation Roadmap by collaborating with department heads to identify high-impact manual processes
- Build and maintain a prioritized AI and automation opportunity roadmap tied to commercial outcomes
- Stress-test ideas and report progress to the executive team monthly
- Deploy and configure off-the-shelf AI tools and build automations using low-code platforms
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems like CRM and marketing automation
- Create and manage prompt libraries and custom GPTs/assistants
- Work closely with the AI Adoption Lead on rollout processes
- Provide technical input for training materials and FAQs
- Measure the impact of automation, track time saved, and run regular reviews of live automations
- Own the AI tooling stack and manage contracts, licenses, and budgets

Were gearing up for significant growth and are looking to hire an AI & Automation Lead to transform our operations through effective AI and workflow automation. This office-based role is located at our Rotherham office, where we believe in the importance of being visible and present to solve issues in real-time. Our compensation package includes a base salary of £60,000, performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package such as additional leave and free or subsidised travel.
