- Leading and managing the full test lifecycle across multiple projects
- Defining and implementing robust test strategies with a focus on automation
- Overseeing test planning, execution, defect management and reporting
- Driving an automation-first approach within CI/CD pipelines
- Mentoring and supporting test analysts and engineers
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align testing goals and outcomes
- Ensuring effective test data management practices
- Promoting continuous improvement and best practices in testing
