Requirements
Must:
- ITIL Foundation qualification or equivalent IT Service Management experience
- Understanding of Service Design frameworks, ITSM processes and SDLC methodologies
- Knowledge of ITSM platforms including workflow, reporting and monitoring tools
- Experience working in regulated environments and IT operations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering service support processes aligned with best practice and strategic objectives
- Ensuring onward run and maintain support requirements are agreed within Service Designs
- Producing service support artefacts including operating procedures, team interfaces and service knowledge
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery
- Providing input for new and changing services in the GFIT Service Catalogue throughout the lifecycle
- Maintaining and improving the Service Design Framework, embedding policies and procedures
- Supporting teams with the people, processes and materials needed for new and changed services
