Requirements

Must:
We are looking for a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer with proven experience in UX/UI design. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing digital design, interaction design, web design, and front-end development. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SCSS, Less, Redux, and Bootstrap is necessary for effective collaboration with our development teams. Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, Sketch, Adobe After Effects, Dreamweaver, Telerik, SharePoint, Unity, or Unreal Engine is highly desirable. You should also possess knowledge of data visualization techniques and have SQL or similar data analysis skills to interpret user behavior. Familiarity with project management tools and SDLC frameworks such as Jira or Trello is important. A strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, responsive web design standards, and accessibility guidelines is essential. Additionally, you should be able to gather requirements through stakeholder interviews or business requirements documentation to inform the design process.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools such as Figma, InVision, and Zeplin. You'll conduct user research and analysis to gather insights that will inform your design decisions. Creating responsive web designs that optimize usability across devices and screen sizes is a key responsibility. You will collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into functional, user-friendly designs. Implementing design patterns and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all digital interfaces will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will perform user acceptance testing and iterate designs based on feedback, utilize data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture) to assess user behavior and inform improvements, maintain clear information architecture to enhance navigation and content organization, and stay updated with the latest trends in UX/UI design, front-end development, and emerging technologies such as AWS, APIs, and React.
