Requirements
Must:
- Proven leadership experience within Operational Resilience, IT Risk or IT Audit
- Subject matter expert for IT risk, cyber security and change oversight
- Experience leading thematic assurance or audit reviews, from scoping through to reporting and stakeholder engagement
- The ability to think strategically, use data to inform decisions, and constructively challenge senior leaders
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead a specialist team providing independent assurance that technology and resilience risks are identified, managed, and controlled
- Conduct themed reviews on technology and operational resilience, ensuring appropriate controls are in place
- Oversee our Core banking replacement programme, our largest transformation programme in the Societys history
