Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Full Stack Engineer, ideally within SaaS or cloud-native environments
- Strong hands-on experience with React on the front end and Python on the back end
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern application architecture
- Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and managed databases
- Strong SQL experience, with exposure to NoSQL an advantage
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerised environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Responsibilities
- Develop our flagship product and design new products, including exploring agentic AI
- Collaborate closely with product, platform, and DevOps teams
- Take ownership of features end-to-end from technical design and architecture through to build, test, and deployment
- Shape engineering best practices and influence architectural decisions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture
- Contribute directly to the development of secure, data-driven SaaS solutions
