Must:
We are looking for a strong technical hire who is capable of building using APEX and LWCs to take on some of the technical responsibilities away from our Product Lead. You should be confident enough to act independently and autonomously, hitting the ground running from day one. A background in Salesforce consulting is highly desirable, as is exposure or interest in Omnistudio. While financial services experience is a plus, it is not essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will leverage code to improve processes, such as guided mortgage advice and compliance reviews. You'll develop a deep understanding of our business, using Salesforce to solve problems and onboard new types of customers. We expect you to challenge the Product Lead on strategy and be involved in product-based decisions. Your authenticity and ability to gel with the rest of the team will be key to your success.

We are a super cool Fintech startup disrupting the wealth management and financial advice space. Our mission is to make wealth management accessible to everyone in the UK, no matter their financial status. We have doubled in size over the last three years and have reached our limit with configuration, making this an exciting time for a new Salesforce Developer to join our team. This role is hybrid, requiring you to be in our London office approximately two days a week, and we offer a salary ranging from £75,000 to £85,000, plus bonus and share options.
