Requirements
Must:
- Strong technical expertise in building with APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
- Capability to operate independently and autonomously, hitting the ground running without extensive guidance from the Product Lead.
- Confidence to challenge the Product Lead on strategy, processes, products, and enhancements.
- A proven ability to collaborate and connect with team members.
- Salesforce consulting experience is highly desirable.
- Exposure to or interest in Omnistudio is a plus.
- Experience in the financial services sector is desirable, but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Leverage code to improve processes, including guided mortgage advice and compliance review.
- Work alongside the existing Salesforce team to enhance and innovate on our current solutions.
- Act independently on technical responsibilities, alleviating some of the workload from the Product Lead.
- Engage with team members to contribute to our mission of making wealth management accessible to everyone in the UK.
Description
We are a fast-growing fintech startup poised to disrupt the wealth management and financial advice space. Our mission is to ensure that wealth management is accessible to everyone in the UK, regardless of financial status. Over the last three years, we have doubled in size, and we are now searching for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our team. The role is primarily remote, with occasional office visits for key meetings and workshops, typically averaging one visit per week. The salary range for this position is £60,000 - £70,000, plus a bonus and share options. We are excited about the possibility of you helping us achieve our mission!
