Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years Salesforce experience
- Previously acted as the 1st line of support for Salesforce users
- Confidence handling large sets of data and leveraging data manipulation tools
- Some knowledge of Salesforce flows and debugging experience
- Salesforce accreditations (highly desirable)
- Excellent communications skills
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce support to fundraising, communications, finance, and marketing teams
- Ensure operational needs are met during periods of sustained demand
- Assess and implement longer-term Salesforce and digital improvements
Description
We are one of Londons oldest healthcare charities, dedicated to tackling various health challenges across the city with a significant funding allocation. As a part of our team, you will play a key role as a Salesforce Administrator in a hybrid role, working two days a week in London. We offer a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, along with excellent benefits including 30 days of holiday and a 10% employer pension contribution. This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for further opportunities.
