Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an Integrations Architect or Senior Integration Consultant within enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience integrating Dayforce with other enterprise systems.
- Experience designing integrations with Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD), particularly for identity and access management and automated JML workflows.
- Strong understanding of APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), SFTP, middleware, and integration platforms.
- Experience with identity lifecycle management and HR-driven provisioning models.
- Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and compliance considerations.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the integration of Dayforce with the wider enterprise technology landscape.
- Focus on optimizing and enhancing integrations for a seamless Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) process.
- Design and implement integration solutions using Microsoft Entra.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement throughout the integration process.
- Maintain awareness of data governance and security best practices in all integration activities.
- Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues as they arise.
Description
We are a well-established UK organization currently leveraging the full suite of Dayforce modules. We are seeking an experienced Integrations Architect to assist in enhancing our HR technology journey. This role is hybrid and based in Northampton, initially for 6 months with potential for extension. If you join our team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our integration frameworks and ensuring a smooth operational flow across our enterprises.
