Description
We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team in Exeter on a hybrid basis, allowing for 2 to 3 days of in-office work each week. This role is critical to leading our service delivery in a complex ICT environment. We seek a candidate who can balance operational stability with continuous improvement while owning the ITSM strategy. This position will require strong leadership and stakeholder engagement.
