Requirements
Must:
- Technical degree
- Prior technical support experience, ideally within a law firm
- Experience in professional services environments will be considered
- Exemplary prioritization skills

Responsibilities
- Monitoring the IT helpdesk ticketing system to ensure requests can be resolved in a timely manner
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues through desk-side support
- Assisting with application support for desktop and mobile devices
- Participating in pre-pilots and reporting findings
- Assisting with physical support for infrastructure
- Creating, editing, and maintaining knowledge base articles
- Adhering to IT policies and procedures and recommending changes
- Collaboratively working with colleagues throughout the firm
- Participating in projects, as necessary

We offer a full-time, permanent position for a Technology Support Specialist, where you will provide desk-side technology customer support and assist with broader strategic projects and operational activities.
