Requirements

Must:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Credit Controller with good attention to detail. You should possess strong IT literacy, with previous experience in SAP and Salesforce being desirable. Effective communication skills are crucial, as you will need to confidently make phone calls and collaborate with both internal teams and external customers. We value previous experience in an AR team and high-volume credit control. While you should enjoy working as part of a team, you must also be capable of working independently and proactively.

Responsibilities

As an Accounts Receivable Credit Controller, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the debt collection process is smooth, accurate, and timely. You will work closely with finance colleagues and the wider business, balancing firmness in debt recovery with professionalism to maintain good customer relationships. Your duties will include contacting customers through various channels to secure prompt payment of invoices, recording and monitoring payment promises, and assisting with cash flow forecasting. You will also resolve invoice queries by liaising with internal departments such as sales, customer services, and account managers. Additionally, you will prepare documents for external debt collection if needed, produce copy invoices and statements, and carry out other tasks as directed by your Line manager.
