Requirements
Must:
- Some 1st Line Technical Support experience is a plus, but not essential.
- Genuine passion for technology and desire to build a career in IT.
- Basic understanding of IT, common sense, and strong work ethic are essential.
- Eagerness to learn and readiness to be trained from the ground up.
- Recent university graduate with an IT-related degree is preferred.
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship; unable to consider Tier 4 or Post-Study visas, but Tier 2 Dependant Visa holders are welcome to apply.
- Commute to Henley-On-Thames should be under an hour.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the IT Manager to ensure the companys server rooms operate smoothly.
- Set up servers, switches, and UPS systems in the data centre.
- Ensure timely rollout of Windows upgrades and maintain up-to-date antivirus software.
- Assist with day-to-day IT issues once fully trained.
Description
We are an enthusiastic company located in Henley-On-Thames, offering a full-time, office-based role from Monday to Friday, 9-5, for the first 3-6 months. After training, there will be flexibility to work from home a couple of days a week.
