Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in Applications, Database/Support Management
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience
- Familiarity with integrated application environments, including Information Systems, CRM (MIS), and Virtual Learning Environments
- Experience using Azure services
- Knowledge of methodologies and project tools such as PRINCE2 and Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with high-level programming languages (e.g., Power Automate, PowerBI)
- Understanding of integration techniques (e.g., API, Wonde)
- Must have full UK working rights
- Own transport required due to rural location
Responsibilities
- Manage the IT Applications and ensure a robust, reliable, and secure service
- Provide data management support and implement changes and improvements to applications and services
- Improve the service management framework for identified applications and software vendors
- Facilitate rapid resolution of application incidents
- Deliver application services without significant failures or poor performance
Description
