Requirements
Must:
- Proven, at least 5 years of Applications, Database/Support Management experience
- 2 years of project management experience
- Familiar with integrated application environments, including Information Systems, CRM (MIS) and Virtual Learning Environments using Azure services
- Familiar with methodologies and project tools such as PRINCE2 and Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of high-level programming languages (e.g. Power Automate, PowerBI)
- Understanding of integration techniques (e.g. API, Wonde)
Responsibilities
- Manage the IT Applications to ensure a robust, reliable, and secure service
- Provide data management support and facilitate changes and improvements to identified applications and services
- Manage and improve the service management framework for identified applications and associated software vendors
- Facilitate rapid resolution of application incidents
- Deliver application services without significant failure or poor service performance
Description
We are seeking an IT Support Applications Manager to work near Thatcham in a sole management position focused heavily on administration. This is a Monday to Friday office-based role, requiring your own transport due to our rural location. The successful candidate will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check and must have full UK working rights, as we are unable to sponsor visas.
