Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in Applications, Database/Support Management
- Minimum of 2 years project management experience
- Familiarity with integrated application environments, including Information Systems, CRM (MIS), and Virtual Learning Environments using Azure services
- Knowledge of methodologies and project management tools such as PRINCE2 and Microsoft Project
- Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Power Automate and PowerBI
- Experience with integration techniques, including API and Wonde
- Full UK working rights
Responsibilities
- Manage the IT Applications to ensure a robust, reliable, and secure service
- Provide data management support and facilitate change and improvement of identified applications
- Oversee the service management framework for identified applications and software vendors
- Facilitate rapid resolution of application incidents
- Deliver applications services without significant failures or poor performance
Description
We are looking for an IT Support Applications Manager to join our team near Thatcham. This is a sole management position focusing heavily on administrative tasks. This role is office-based from Monday to Friday, so remote work is not an option. As our location is quite rural, having your own transport is essential. If successful, you will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check. We offer a solid permanent career within the IT Industry.
