Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in Applications, Database / Support Management
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
- Familiarity with integrated application environments, including Information Systems, CRM (MIS), and Virtual Learning Environments using Azure services
- Knowledge of project methodologies and tools such as PRINCE2 and Microsoft Project
- Proficiency in high-level programming languages (e.g., Power Automate, PowerBI) and integration techniques (e.g., API, Wonde)
- Full UK working rights
Responsibilities
- Manage IT Applications to ensure a robust, reliable, and secure service
- Provide data management support, including changes and improvements for identified applications and services
- Manage and improve the service management framework for identified applications and associated software vendors
- Facilitate rapid resolution of application incidents
- Deliver applications services without significant failures or poor service performance
Description
We are looking for an IT Support Applications Manager (Power Automate or PowerBI) to join our team near Thatcham. This is a sole management position that is heavily admin-based, requiring a full-time commitment in our office, Monday to Friday. Given our rural location, reliable transport is essential. Successful candidates will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
