Responsibilities
- Direct the systems architecture and strategic roadmap for the IT department
- Implement and optimize technology stacks including Shopify, Brightpearl, and Peoplevox
- Lead technical projects that support online growth and operational efficiency
- Ensure seamless integrations across e-commerce, retail, and back-office operations
- Manage the Shopify ecosystem and maintain system stability and security
- Focus on improving efficiency throughout the supply chain
- Influence digital strategies that enhance customer experiences
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve technology goals
