Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in troubleshooting and supporting ERP or complex business applications. Prior experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Dynamics, or a similar platform is highly beneficial. You should possess a solid grasp of data flow, system integrations, and support processes. Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Windows Server, and Active Directory is essential. Proficiency in scripting languages like SQL or PowerShell would be an advantage.
Additionally, we value exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support users across all organizational levels. A strong commitment to service excellence and ownership is critical, along with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into simple, understandable explanations. You should be highly organized, self-driven, and effective at prioritizing a varied workload. Comfort in operating independently while also contributing collaboratively as part of a larger team is expected.
Desirable knowledge includes in-depth working experience of ERP customization, reporting, and user administration. Understanding business functions like sales order processing, inventory control, warehouse management, and EDI within an ERP context is also beneficial. Familiarity with ITIL principles for service delivery and experience using ticketing systems (e.g., Halo, Zendesk, ServiceNow) would be a plus.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the ERP platform. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth investigation and resolution of system issues—including data integrity problems, workflow failures, and user permission inquiries. You'll also manage technical escalations, system updates, and third-party vendor relationships. Additionally, translating functional business requirements into effective system configurations or enhanced processes will be part of your daily tasks.
You will actively partner with stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams to optimize their application usage. Identifying opportunities for and leading the implementation of minor system optimizations, automation, and process refinements will be crucial in enhancing our operational efficiency. Furthermore, you will provide robust support for other critical business systems utilized across the organization and assist in maintaining the integration points between the ERP and associated systems (e.g., Accounting, CRM, Inventory tools). Maintaining accurate and clear technical documentation covering processes, configurations, and application architecture will also be part of your role.
As the escalation point for complex technical or application-related incidents, you will ensure the delivery of professional, timely, and user-centric support to all staff, fostering a positive service experience. Cultivating effective relationships across departments and establishing yourself as the go-to partner for application support will be integral to your success. You will also develop and deliver training and onboarding materials for new and existing ERP users.
Additionally, you will offer your expertise and support for the Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive), manage user accounts and licensing within Active Directory and Azure AD, and contribute to broader service desk functions, including basic endpoint troubleshooting, access control, and IT compliance checks.
