Requirements
Must:
- Logical and structured troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis
- Strong application support or systems support experience
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
- A professional, client-facing approach
- Ability to prioritise effectively in a busy service environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car for business travel across East Anglia
- Desirable: Experience within a legal or professional services environment
- Desirable: ITIL Foundation
- Desirable: Level 3 Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced application support beyond the Helpdesk
- Investigate root causes of issues and work closely with developers and third-party suppliers to implement permanent fixes
- Support the ongoing development of case management systems
- Contribute to template design and maintenance
- Assist with the delivery of strategic, firm-wide projects
- Collaborate with technical teams, suppliers, and the wider business to ensure systems are intuitive, reliable, and fully adopted
- Work closely with users and technical teams to deliver lasting solutions
