Requirements
Must:
- Proven Project Manager experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, including SD-WAN and LAN deployments across multi-sites
- Strong understanding of satellite connectivity technologies and their application in remote environments
- Expertise in identity and access management and site-level security protocols
- Knowledge of future-proofing infrastructure to support emerging technologies and digital transformation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
- Programme Management experience is desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure transformation projects, including SD-WAN and LAN refresh across all regions and sites
- Evaluate and implement satellite connectivity solutions (e.g., Starlink) to improve site connectivity
- Ensure robust identity and access management practices across all systems and sites
- Oversee security measures for construction sites and regional offices to safeguard data and operations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align infrastructure capabilities with digital transformation goals
- Manage vendors and third-party providers to deliver secure and scalable infrastructure solutions
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines for infrastructure initiatives
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements throughout project delivery
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure projects to join our team. This role offers a salary of £70,000 - £75,000 plus a 5% bonus and a £6,000 car allowance. We provide flexible hours and hybrid working (3 days onsite in Solihull is mandatory).
