Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Portal Clouds.
- Strong experience with data migration and integration projects.
- Solid understanding of CRM processes and data quality principles.
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Agile delivery experience is a plus.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, and Salesforce Platform App Builder.
Responsibilities
- Administer the Salesforce Platform.
- Configure and maintain Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud portals.
- Build dashboards, flows, validation rules, and manage security settings.
- Configure and support third-party applications installed in Salesforce (e.g., GoMeddo, Avonni, Nintex).
- Support data migration, mapping, cleansing, bulk loading, and integration troubleshooting.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and Business As Usual (BAU) support during rollout phases.
- Contribute to phased regional rollout activities, including preparation, testing, data migration, training, cutover, and hypercare.
- Work closely with business teams to capture requirements and deliver solutions.
Description
We are collaborating with a large FTSE 100 company based in the UK that needs a Salesforce Administrator to support the configuration, data management, and rollout activities for a new Salesforce implementation. The package includes a salary of up to £40,000, a bonus of around 10%, and a car allowance of approximately £4,900 (total package of around £50,000). In addition, we offer 25 days of holiday (increasing with service), private healthcare, life assurance, and pension benefits. The role primarily allows for remote working, with occasional paid visits to our office in London (approximately every 1–2 months).
