Business Analyst

- I will work closely with the Project Manager, the business, and the Solution Architect to develop both functional and non-functional requirements. - I will assist in coordinating and analyzing RFP processes with a shortlist of platform vendors and/or systems integrators. - I will collaborate with the business and IT to produce detailed requirements using RTM documentation and MoSCoW rating. - I will produce detailed benefits assessments, quantifying both tangible and non-tangible benefits into revenue, cost savings, or cost avoidance. - I will serve as the bridge between the business, IT, and the project team, establishing excellent stakeholder relations. - I will support the architect in addressing solutions required for the ingestion and storage of relevant records and documents. - I will assist the Solution Architect in producing a technology options assessment paper for review and decision via the Architecture Review Board and Project Governance. - I will produce RFI and RFP documents, ensuring they incorporate all business requirements. - I will assist with commercial and licensing discussions, ensuring that license implications are understood within the proposed solution architecture. - I will aid in developing a comprehensive business case to advance to the Build and Deployment phase. - I will facilitate the creation of the Low Level Design, ensuring a coherent document aligns with the previously approved High-Level Design. - I will input into the testing process to ensure adequate testing measures are in place.
