Requirements
Must:
- Strong expertise in Power BI & DAX
- Solid querying and data manipulation skills in SQL
- Experience with Version Control, preferably Git or similar VCS
- Familiarity with Databricks & Python (including Spark Declarative Pipelines) is a nice to have but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Migrate and recreate approximately 15 reports from SQL Server to Databricks
- Update and utilize existing semantic models
- Develop new reports based on business requirements, including requirements gathering
- Document processes and perform thorough testing
- Support reporting for Preventable Losses Programme (Group Procurement) and Legal Reporting (Group Legal)
Description
We are seeking a skilled BI Analyst Contractor to support our reporting and analytics initiatives. This role focuses on migrating existing reports to Databricks and developing business-critical reports. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact within a fully remote and collaborative environment. The contract is for 12 months with a competitive rate of £300 per day, outside IR35.
