Requirements
Must:
We require a minimum of 12 years of experience in the implementation and support of Oracle Cloud HCM for Core HR and Payroll modules within the UK. You should be proficient in all aspects of Core HR and UK Payroll. Additionally, you must have a strong understanding of HCM technical tools including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Custom Forms, and Performance Tuning. The ability to communicate complex technology solutions effectively to diverse teams, including technical, business, and management, is essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, I lead and support Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing specifically on Core HR and Payroll for our UK clients. I participate in Data Conversion activities, including defining Data Conversion Strategies. I demonstrate expert proficiency in all aspects of Core HR, UK Payroll, Pensions, and Absence processes. My hands-on experience in Oracle Global Payroll and Absence Cloud, particularly within the UK Public Sector, is crucial. I lead the transition of ongoing systems and utilize my extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools. I also engage in customer discussions regarding integrations, data migrations, and reporting related to Core HR, Payroll, and other relevant modules.
Description
We are looking for an Oracle Cloud Core HR/Payroll Technical Architect who will support the Cloud Core HR/Payroll modules for UK public sector clients. You will need to possess expert knowledge of UK Core HR/Payroll processes and demonstrate a proven ability to guide and support projects, translating complex solutions for diverse audiences. You will prepare status reports with RAG indicators, highlight risks and mitigations, and maintain a RAID log to ensure effective project management.
